"I have lost about 22 lbs in the past 2 years. I didn’t gain the weight I have to lose in 2 years, I don’t expect it to go away in 2 years. I know it will take time and I am committed to continuing on this path. I mostly have noticed the change in the way my clothes fit. There was a suit I found in the back of my closet that still had the tags on it. I haven’t worn a suit in years, and forgot it was there. I was able to fit into it and wore it to a holiday party the end of last year. I have a pair of shorts that I purchased the end of the season the year before last. They were tight when I bought them, they now go on and off without opening the zipper right out of the dryer. And the best, I purchased online from Macy’s a size 16 fancy top to wear to my niece’s wedding and it fits and looks so pretty.
