Let’s “Spring” Into Health!
“An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” That is a pretty old and wise adage. The concept teaches that if we eat well and stay balanced nutritionally, our immune system will protect us and we can avoid dreaded medical care. While this may be true for medical doctors, we need to understand they weren’t talking about chiropractors. I believe we should still eat apples, but I truly know that if you get regular chiropractic adjustments while eating properly and exercising, your chances of staying structurally balanced and generally healthy increase. Sure, do all you can to stay healthy and avoid the MD, but learn from years of experience and research, boost your immune system, stay in alignment and keep eating the proverbial apples.
