The month of May always make me think of a funny saying, “I’ll get around to doing it in May…may the day never come.” Funny thing is we humans are always living in the future. We plan, we worry, and we stress about that day in the future. At times we hope the day may never come (fear of illness or April 15). Then there are times the day can’t get here fast enough (vacation or retirement). The problem is that what we usually do is worry, over think, and attempt to live in the future. We should, however, be living in the now. We need to learn to enjoy what we have today. We seem to always be living for the future…A place where we aren’t. Let’s spend much more time being excellent in the NOW! You can’t live well in the future until you learn to live well in the NOW!
