Are you an excessive thinker? Most of us probably are because we don’t understand the rules. We must first understand that thinking excessively (worry), is the root of failure, depression, and self-doubt. When we listen to “stinking thinking” all day long we analyze to a point where we paralyze. The only way to cure our thinking is action. Sure we need a plan but we don’t need to rethink our plan for years on end with constant mindless chatter. The plan needs to be a “Plan of Action.” Set some goals, any goal! Set a date for completion and 3 steps to accomplish the goal. List a few reasons why accomplishing the goal will feel good and a few consequences of not finishing the goal. Then stop your “stinking thinking” and a get a move on. Action is the cure for all of us excessive thinkers!!!
